NAVIGATING THROUGH OPTIS

Welcome to OPTIS. OPTIS is unique inspection ordering system that has been designed with the insurance agents in mind. Once you have logged on to the OPTIS web site you will be able to: Order a vehicle inspection View your order history Find and Print your inspections Access customer support

Ordering an inspection is simple and easy. Your producer information is saved to your profile; therefore, all that is required is the insureds information for each inspection. You can access the status of your ordered inspections any time by simply selecting the ORDER HISTORY tab and entering the status and time frame.

In order to view and print the inspection report detail, please select the FIND/PRINT INSPECTIONS tab. The inspection report information is listed by insured, and you can select the reports that you wish to view and/or print.
